What Justice Means to You

Judge Eubanks

A Message From Judge Joyce Eubanks

As the state of our economy becomes more critical every day, our neighborhoods take on a tremendous burden.

Although we all hope the newly passed American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, will jumpstart our economy it is imperative that we, collectively, take more proactive steps to help rebuild confidence in the safety of our citizens.

I am a sitting judge and for decades, I have fought for justice for individuals, families and neighborhoods. I have a wealth of experience having been a public defender for more than 20 years, having taught at Temple University Beasley School of law for 10 years, directed the legislaltive initiatives for the late City Councilwoman Carol Ann Campbell and contributed my labor and support to many non profit, community organizations.

But, I need your help to spread the word and build support around our campaign to ensure that justice for all is a reality.  As a community, we need judges who are experienced in the law, have the life experiences to fairly and impartially apply the law and judges who have common sense. I have these qualities and I want your help and support in securing a full term on the Court of Common Pleas.  I am asking for your support for my campaign by donating your time,  by downloading my palm card to post in your neighborhoods or handout to friends or by inviting me to speak to members of your organization, block club, union meeting or church group.

At this time in history, more than any other, we need to stand together...we need to stand for Justice for All.  Please review my web site for a more indepth look at this campaign.  Vote Joyce Eubanks on May 19, 2009.
